These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 6x6bet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 6x6bet website, mobile interface, services, gaming products and any associated content accessible at https://6x6bet.cam (collectively, the "Platform").

6x6bet is an online gaming information and entertainment platform. All content on this Platform is provided for informational and entertainment purposes. We target English-language audiences across Pakistan, including users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar.

These Terms apply in full force and effect to your use of the Platform. By accessing or using any part of 6x6bet, you expressly accept all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated herein. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the Platform.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of 6x6bet, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 4 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity;
• All information provided during registration and use of the Platform is accurate, complete and current;
• You have independently verified the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction and accept full responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws.

These Terms are effective upon first use of the Platform. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 6x6bet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

To access the full functionality of 6x6bet, you are required to register an account. During registration, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information as requested by the registration form.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 6x6bet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure.

If any information provided at registration changes, you must update your account details promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in account suspension or closure at our discretion.

You must not allow any other person to use your account. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised the activity.

6x6bet is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, all Users are required to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer — "KYC") before withdrawals can be processed and, in some cases, before certain account features are accessible.

Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to:

• Valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card);
• Valid passport (biographic data page);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, dated within the last three months);
• Source of funds documentation, where requested by our compliance team.

We aim to process KYC submissions within 3–5 business days. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume. Withdrawals will remain pending until verification is complete.

If a User refuses to provide required verification documents, or if submitted documents cannot be authenticated to our satisfaction, we reserve the right to suspend or close the account and withhold funds pending investigation.

All deposits into your 6x6bet account must be made through payment methods currently authorised by the operator. Available deposit methods, minimum and maximum deposit limits, and processing times are set by the operator and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits may be processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other supported currencies where available. Currency conversion, where applicable, will be performed at the operator's prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. 6x6bet is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations.

All payment methods used on 6x6bet must belong to you personally. Depositing funds on behalf of another user, or using payment methods registered to a third party, is strictly prohibited.

References to payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for context only. Their mention does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by any of these providers, nor does it confirm their current availability on the Platform. Always check the cashier section for currently supported options.

6x6bet accepts no responsibility for delays or failures in deposit processing caused by third-party payment providers. If a deposit fails to credit your account, you must contact support with proof of payment before any investigation can begin.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions and processing rules. No guaranteed withdrawal processing time is offered by 6x6bet.

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied prior to withdrawal;
• Withdrawal requests must be made via the cashier section of the Platform;
• The withdrawal method must correspond to the deposit method used, where operationally required;
• Withdrawal amounts are subject to minimum and maximum limits as published in the cashier at the time of request;
• We reserve the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations;
• Pending withdrawals may be cancelled and returned to account balance if not processed within a stated window — check the cashier for current terms.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers made available on 6x6bet are subject to individual promotion terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. A wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be bet before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires PKR 20,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted. This is an illustrative example — actual requirements are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

Any attempt to exploit, abuse or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk or hedging betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings, and may result in account suspension.

Unclaimed or unused bonuses may expire after a specified period. Once expired, bonus funds are removed from the account without compensation. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

6x6bet reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are offered at our sole discretion and we are not obliged to offer any particular promotion to any User.

All sports bets, casino wagers, live dealer stakes and other gaming activity on 6x6bet are governed by the following general rules, in addition to any product-specific rules displayed within the relevant game or market.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the Platform's system. Verbal or unconfirmed bets are not recognised;
• In the event of a technical error, 6x6bet reserves the right to void any bet affected by the error;
• Odds and prices are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed;
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time without prior notice;
• Cricket markets — including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral series and domestic fixtures — are subject to the operator's specific cricket betting rules;
• Any bet placed using funds obtained through fraud, unauthorised access, or any other illegal means will be void and the associated funds forfeited;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the respective game or market at the time of placing a bet.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on 6x6bet. Any User found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, pending investigation. Funds may be withheld and the matter referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Registering more than one account (whether under your own name or a third party's);
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during KYC;
• Using the Platform while underage or while subject to a self-exclusion order;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, corruption of sporting events or insider trading on sporting results;
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any financial crime;
• Hacking, reverse engineering, scraping or otherwise attempting to compromise the Platform's security or integrity;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff, support agents or other Users;
• Exploiting software errors, miscalculated odds or any other technical advantage not intended by the operator.

All content on the 6x6bet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software — is the property of 6x6bet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works from, display, or exploit any of the Platform's content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from 6x6bet. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may infringe applicable intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6x6bet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from bets placed in error;
• Technical interruptions, service downtime or system failures;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials;
• Changes to odds or markets after a bet has been placed;
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delays, reversals or failures;
• Any legal, tax or regulatory consequences arising from your use of the Platform in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter for which liability cannot legally be excluded.

6x6bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be treated as a method of generating income or recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users of 6x6bet:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit ceiling to control your spending;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period;
• Session Timers: Set alerts or automatic logouts after a specified duration of play;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your account to prevent gambling activity for a defined cooling-off period.

We reserve the right — and in some cases have an obligation — to restrict or close an account if we identify behaviour consistent with problem gambling. This may include sudden increases in deposit frequency, attempts to reverse self-exclusion requests prematurely, or distress indicators in customer support interactions.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal or prohibited activity;
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring us to terminate the relationship;
• At the discretion of the operator for any other legitimate business reason.

In cases of termination due to breach, funds may be withheld pending investigation and, where applicable, forfeited in accordance with the findings of that investigation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the appropriate arbitration or judicial body in the relevant jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause affects the rights of Users under the mandatory provisions of the law of the jurisdiction in which they are ordinarily resident, including any consumer protection rights that cannot be excluded by contract.

6x6bet reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. We will take reasonable steps to notify Users of material changes — including by displaying a notice on the Platform homepage or by email where contact details are available.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 15.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
